A refundable deposit of £50 will hold any ‘for sale’ caravan to enable you to arrange finance or a personal loan. We will hold caravans for up to 7 days. We do not sell or facilitate any 3rd party finance.

THE SITE FEE IS DUE ON MARCH 1st AND PAYABLE IN FULL BY MARCH 31st (unless payment by standing order has been arranged).
Owners are not asked to upgrade their caravan. Caravans do not have to be removed when they reach a certain age. Caravans may remain on site provided they remain in good condition & the Site Fee is paid.
If the caravan is 14yrs or younger we allow the caravan to be sold privately and remain on our Park. Permission and written authorisation must be requested. If given there will be a site transfer fee payable based on the sale price. The current Site Transfer Fee is 10% of the Sale Price + vat, (a minimum & maximum will be set).
Caravans just over our 14yr age limit may only be sold to replace an older caravan within the Park or to a caravan dealer who will take the caravan off site. Full written details are available on request

Depending on the size of the caravan you will have a choice of sites, a number of sites are held for 13'/14' wide models only.
These must be non-combustible I.e. metal & not wooden. We do not allow brick built. The maximum size permitted is 6' x 4'.
Windbreakers may be erected to contain children/dogs etc. When the caravan is unoccupied these must be taken down, they must not be placed so as to restrict access to surrounding caravans.
Dogs are permitted on the Park – they must be kept on a lead when within the boundary of the Park. Dog owners must clear up after their dog, bins are provided . Dogs prohibited by the Government are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Bolt on 3 and 2 tread steps may be supplied & fitted by Hutleys (PRICES AVAILABLE). Verandas & decking will require permission and these are not allowed on certain sites as they restrict the spacing between caravans. Enclosed wooden steps (with storage facility) are not permitted under our Site Licence. A plan for requesting decking can be collected from the park office.
Parking areas are provided – cars must not be parked between caravans as this contravenes our Site Licence. When a 'wet weather' warning is in pace, typically at either end of the season, cars must be parked as directed. Any tow off costs and damage to grass will be charged to person responsible.
